The quest is designed as a 3 weeks curriculum with live sessions with Kartika Dubey every Saturday and Sunday starting June 4th 2020 4th  3 weeks from 6 to 8 Pm. The price for the trainning is Rs. 4000. The sessions include powerful breathing exercises, meditation, affirmations, nutrition, movements, mind-enhancing, and energy tapping techniques.
